Thanks!

For some reason, it was just the thing that stuck in my mind for the ep, and since serene_quill dragged me into her eureka_tag project again, I've got to just go with what works.

He likes to think so, that Nathan’s floating up there somewhere, annoyed as hell and waiting for them to come up with some crazy time-bending invention to bring him home.

*g* I love the "annoyed as hell" bit.

Nicely done and I love the tone you set.

(and ohpleaseohplease Eureka don't do an alien thing...)

Thanks! Glad you liked it.

It's Nathan. He'd never be patient about anything, much less being stuck in the great unknown while everyone else is going on about their lives. He'd be practically screaming at them to get him down.

I was kinda going for a gone but not forgotten thing, since he didn't even get a mention in the ep...

Damn it, I need to pick up drawing again and see if I can get some halfway decent sketches going. I've had all these great cartoon ideas lately.

I was kinda going for a gone but not forgotten thing, since he didn't even get a mention in the ep...

*deadpan* Well clearly he's acknowledged in the way that some of his DNA is in Ali's belly. (yay sperm! XD)

I don't know what the hell that was *facepalm* But it amuses me for some reason. XD

The fandom always needs more art! (and some more decent fic)

They finally acknowledged his existence! It only took until the bloody 4th episode. I'm still holding out hope that he comes back someday....

Oh YES! And when Nathan returns to TV, he will give Carter the kiss to end all kisses....*sigh* Ok, I can wish, can't I? That IS what all of those twinkly lights are up there for, right? Very nice. I haven't seen the ep yet, but you did a lovely job interjecting a little J/N love into it.

Thanks, glad you liked it.

The scientist in me can't help but flail because it says the twinkly lights are there to let us navigate without GPS and to remind us we're not alone in this world, put some humility back in the egocentric race that is humanity.

...yeah. My brain is THAT logic oriented.

Aww. I like how Jack refuses to think of it as death. And a death ray pointed out to space bringing Nathan back would rock. :)

You SO know that would be how Jack would see it- point crazy ass machine toward sky, wait for boyfriend to reappear. :-p

It honestly doesn't seem like true death, especially since Weinbrenner turned into charcoal like Kim did and Nathan turned into shimmery gold bits. Charcoal = death, charcoal =/= gold bits.

*nods* And after watching Stargate, turning into light/gold bits so ≠ dead dead.
