Ok, so I know I said I was going to do a commentary on "Front Man", but USA hosted a White Collar Live WebChat with Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay this afternoon and I was lucky enough to be able to get to watch it. I decided to give it a shot, not expecting much of anything ( Read more... )

The salshy slasher in me flailed through the whole thing, mainly @ the "That's right. Except for that gun... Moving on" Because Tim's face was so giggly and knowing... They need to be left in a room, alone, with a camera. That'd be FANTASTIC!

They have something special going on, the two of them, although they did seem to have a very odd fascination with Peter/Tim's 'gun'. I want to see one with Tiffani and them next, because what I've seen with the three of them, she's as goofy as just them.

And really they pretty much were left alone in a room with a camera for this webcast. I think there was maybe one or 2 other people there, running the lights and camera. That's it. (Also, that's why it was epic and they forgot to actually behave themselves by about 5 minutes in.)

It's a fun show, and fun fandom. I put up recs (although my computer just fried, so batch #2 is on a bit of a hold) and I'll admit that there may be some fic for me on the horizon too-- already in the works. Stay tuned! ;-)

I want to see one with Tiffani and them next, because what I've seen with the three of them, she's as goofy as just them.

All three of them do commentary together on at least one episode, so we'll at least get audio-goofy.

Oh - re: Matty getting all excited to sing with Diahann Carroll - you know she won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her performance in No Strings, yes?

Visit the Diahann Carroll store in Amazon's music department, and you can give a listen to her whole catalog, and download a few songs you like (or maybe an album or two).

I had heard she was an epic talent-- especially on Broadway but way before I even existed. But *damn*. That's skills. And I bet, for her age, she probably still has it.

Them singing together will be pretty epic.

It's so nice that they get along in real life, because that makes the show much more enjoyable and the interviews really fun to watch :3 They're so cute

I know, Tim even forgot that he was supposed to say willie and he said Matt... tehe, so adorable. And then they decided to touch a lot and matt said he loved Tim :DDD

Oh! and I didn't know about "Christmas idol" before I watched the interview... lol, hilarious.

Oh, I'll have fun in this fandom♥
