Random bunny that someone let free has been EATING MY STRAWBERRIES. And if it starts eating my garden? OH HELL NO. I have to get a fence for the thing. NOT COOL

Well... technically we do. You see, there's only one in the whole US. And it just happens to be in Washington, about 20 miles North of Seattle. It is a Daiso store. It was pretty cool. :-) (of course, we have all sorts of boring old normal dollar stores. And all sorts of random shops in chinatown.)
It's better than a lot of the dollar stores here, except the green Dollar Tree store. They actually have a lot of decent stuff. But those aren't always easy to find. We have a decent one here in Renton, but the one in Moses Lake (where we hang out during the Dave Matthews concerts at the Gorge) is even better. And they have the walmart that's got the food and it and is clean and organized and not scary like the one here.

NY doesn't have a great selection of dollar stores because you can go down to China Town and get stuff dirt cheap but when I was at school in Rochester I learned the intricacies of dollar stores and good v. bad, but I don't remember if we had Dollar Tree or not. Walmart is good, I can't wait to hit one when I go home. I'm sad, I kknow.

I remember being in awe when I first saw a 100Yen shop because, at least here, their stuff is better "quality" than dollar stores in NY were.

And Dave Matthews, cool!

I like the *unscary* walmarts, not the scary renton one.
I have gone to Dave @ the Gorge every year since '98. (most times for all 3 shows) Have pictures from the last couple. *whistles*

And WOW. Never seen Dave in concert but like what I know if his stuff.

Any show of Dave's is NEVER the same as any other. Good stuff. They go on random riffs and jams, improvised lyrics, and premiere new songs every tour.
