So my experiment went both rather succesfully and painfull wrong. Lesson of the day being, never, ever put your alarm clock within reach when you really need to get up.
For some unknown reason I was smart enough to do this when recording myself being awoken, but not with either of the 2 alarms for when I actually needed up for class. So basically it's now 3:21pm and I have been awake for approximately 1 hour all of which has been spent rushing to and from the language building in response to my Russian proffesor's statement that the homework needed to be in his mailbox by 2. Well obviously I was late for this deadline, but either I heard the deadline worng, he hasn't picked them up yet, or a fair number of other people were late too. Either way it's somewhat comforting.
Now I'm down in one of the computer labs waiting for the video lab to open up again hopoing that the lab monitor there is my video sketchbook teacher (the 4.5 hour class I slept through this morning and coincidentally the one for which I made myself so exhausted in the first place).
So anyway as Alex and I presumed the most dibilitating of my deprivations was by far the lack of water or other liquids, the dehydration gave me a solid headache after several hours and my lips are still rather parched.
But anyway I'll update more later, for now I go to see if the lab has once again opened.
