Can someone help me out?
A couple of days ago I decided to upgrade to 2.6 from 2.2.13 to see what had been changed. I use gimp primarily for icon making, so when I saw how 2.6 handles resizes, I uninstalled it. I reinstalled 2.2.13 just now (from oldapps.com), and it's not working for me.
I get an error message saying toolbox-menu.xml and image-menu.xml are not found. It won't let me do anything. I can't use 2.6 for basically the only reason I need the program in the first place, so I'd really like to have this version back.
