Layer Effects for 2.4
I've been very slow on upgrading to 2.4... Just did this past week actually!
Anyway, while upgrading I learned that this Layer Effects Script was also updated so that it now functions in 2.4. Even though parts of the webpage aren't revised, the download has been and it works wonderfully in the new GIMP.
Just thought I'd share, in case anyone else was searching for it.
