Creating an Animation

Greetings! Gimp newbie here with question. What is the easiest way to accomplish this? I have about 30 layers and I need to apply blur to each frame at incremental degrees. (frame1 = +1 blur, .. frame30 = +30 blur) Is there anyway I can automate this?
