I don't know what you mean exactly but normaly you can crop your picture with layer->skale layer and than you can say how big you want it

oh boy, do i feel your pain. when i first started using GIMP this is one of the things that really ticked me off. all the cropping, scaling, not liking it so unscaling, uncropping and then starting over again--blech! unfortunately its the only way i know of :\ you get used to it after a while, though..(:

I guess that's one of GIMP's flaws. But it still is good considering it's for free :) if only my PS would accept the serial number T_T I dunno what's wrong with it.

I hope I'll get used to the cropping problem, even though I'm an impatient person when it comes to graphics :(

ohhh that sucks big time! stupid photoshop :\ have you tried contacting adobe and demanding why it won't work?? :D

yeah, i have. and they couldn't help me either, stupid adobe ppl... :( i'm gonna have to ask for my money or buy a different photoshop.
