1. Set your icon to screen, and duplicate the layer (you can duplicate it as many times as you want AFTER finishing all these steps if you want your image to look brighter or nicer)
2. Add a new layer and fill it with a light pink colour. Set it to burn
3. Add a new layer and fill it with a baby blue colour. Set it to burn
4. Add a nice texture File>>Open As Layers>>Open Saved Texture (i used a bokeh texture) and set it to screen. You can change the opacity if the texture you chose was bright or low :)) (whatever you want)
Simple as pie.
