Since I never see you, I had to write this letter.
We need to talk, but not over the phone or IM.
We need to meet in person, sit down, and try to figure all of this out. If you have decided to end our friendship, then fine. I don’t want to think that nothing is wrong, when really everything is wrong. This whole thing is based on the fact that all of us have changed. Some of us have changed for the better, and some have changed for the worse. No one is the same as they were when it was "The Good Times", but I wish it was. We were all so innocent and we got along. If we had gotten into a fight, it was over before the end of the day. Now, we get into fights that ruin our lives. We all need to learn forgiveness, and we need to learn how to love again.
I've said sorry. But this whole thing was not only my fault. Yes, I was a main reason for this fight, but im not alone. You need to see that you had a part in this, too.
You had said that you don’t like to hang out with girls, but what do you call Lindsey? Theresa? Jeanette? Candace? Last time I checked, those are all girls. If you feel that you have a stronger and more enjoyable relationship with all of them, that’s okay, but tell me "Kara, I like to hang out with them more than I like to hang out with you." Don’t make plans with me and say "Sorry, today im hanging out with ___________." Yes, of course I'll still be pissed, but telling the truth is so much better than lying to me. You had also said that you don’t like me because im racist. That is unbelievable. Im not racist. Joe, Geo , and all those other guys think im racist, and you listened to them. I've heard Joe say things about white people, but no one calls him racist. Do you think its alright that all those mexicans can wear "Brown Pride" shirts, but we cant wear one that says "White Pride" ? That’s racist. I have more friendships with mexicans, asians and blacks, than I do with whites. Examples: Jeanette, Candace, Carla, Kyana, Roxy, Angel,
David Ochoa, Tiffany Kim, Eddie, Carlos, and the list goes on and on. There are good and bad people in every race, and just because I don’t like Joe or Geo, doesn’t mean im racist.
I don’t know what else to say. There are 2-3 years of my life that I consider the best of all. Those are the years that I have known you. I don’t want to throw it all away. But apparently, you do.
