[Morgan's turning on her comm link -- apparently just as she booting someone out her door. A heavy rustle of cloth is also heard before she addresses any listeners.]
Some of you know how to ruin a perfectly good morning. If one more person talks about a flood, I'm gonna knock some skulls in. The Admiral says there's no flood? There's no flood. Why're some people acting weird? Don't know. Don't care. Maybe they cracked.
Speaking of which. Angelus? Your Inmate's kicking around a lot more guff than usual. Can't tell if that just means he's on his monthlies or that you did something right for a change, so illuminate me.

You normal, soldier? You read like you still are, but considering half the barge is still acting strange, I might as well ask.

Her loyalty to the Admiral is compounded tenfold here, buuuuut she secretly/actively encourages West to do his little underground things, but just expects that if the Inmates ARE going to revolt, that he is in charge and that he rules with an iron fist.]
