It seems like it just happened. And it seems like a lifetime has passed. Two years later and the pain is still close, the wound gaping, the shock, the grief, the loss, the anger. It's all there. It never really goes away. You taught me so much in life. I'm still learning from your death. Those are the lessons I wish I never had to learn.
