Was walking along Nassau Street yesterday, minding my own business, (ETA) and thinking of the wonderful Liz, who I had just seen and I noticed there was a bunch of Celts coming along the road towards me. Naturally. They were protesting against the motorway through Tara, so the obvious thing to do was to cover themselves in body paint, throw on some Celtic cloaks and jewellery and march through Dublin.

It was a pretty weird sight, and I stood there watching them for a full minute, marvelling at how great it is to be Irish. There were Celts in the middle of town, it was magic. Just then, a large amphibious truck turned the corner from Dawson Street and 50 vikings "ROAR"ed at the Celts, who jumped a mile into the air. Really, I must commend the Viking Splash tour for their impeccable timing. It was quite simply the best thing I've ever seen.
