We the undersigned pledge to return the Monopoly hotel provided that the following conditions are upheld by the counter-signitaries:
- That Pharazôn, thôr 'nGimilkhâd be permitted to live without fear of being deliberately relocated to the Halls of Waiting, beyond the Circles of Arda or the Void.
- That he may live out his second life *unharrassed by Valar.
- That he may live without fear of his physical form being artifially altered. This includes (**but is not limited to) any type of flora or fauna.
These conditions are to be upheld regardless of the legality of his rehousing in accordance with the Valar's supposed pro-life policies. Barring accidental death or death by natural causes, Pharazôn is not to be removed to the Halls of Waiting, Outside or the Void under any circumstances.
*Any serious offences may result in censure by the Powers but these must be unrelated to his rehousing and must be of a suitably grave nature. An example of a grave offence would be burning Ellendilli on an altar. If it's a case that he gets carried away one evening and TPs the Mindon or something, leave him be and I'll deal with him myself.
**No half-human half animal stunts please. No donkey's ears on a human head nonsense. And only accelerated againg within reason. The occasional growth spurt is acceptable but no jumping him on ahead into old age. AND NO SEX-CHANGES.
