Not only was I up late, but it was a big - and nice - shock when your review appeared so quickly. I thought I was all alone in the world at deadline hour, lol.

Thank you very much for the thoughtful and kind words. I've always wanted to try writing PoA time, and my one regret with this is I never got the story on quite as far as I intended to. Actually there's two regrets: I didn't realise there are sites that are most helpful with ye ol' pirate speak until after I'd spent at least ten minutes translating the first couple of lines. Duh! Good job it was fun!

Part of the attraction of writing this time was that I think it must have been very nearly the best of times for Remus, except that once again circumstances and the past closed in on him. So it's nice to hear you enjoyed the moments of him teaching, and getting used to being a teacher, and trying to live with the memories that are at every turn. The moment with Ginny was the first idea I had for this, really. I always thought the apparent betrayal of a friend was a parallel between them and, of course, it has such echoes for how Remus' story that year will end.

Thank you. As always, coming from you, it means a lot.
