Announcer: "When we last left our hero, he was trapped inside the vacant Ranger Station atop Pike's Peak, and surrounded by The Vixen Queen's Killer Marmot Army! (try saying THAT three times fast!) Will our hero escape?? Let's tune in and find out!"
*sound of wind raging outside*
Gilmore: "This......is bad. It looks like the Vixen Queen may actually have me this time! Worse yet, the Beluga caviar I carry with me is frozen, and I have no way to open the bottle of Merlot!"
Announcer: "From outside, the Chief Marmot Assassin calls to our hero!"
Chief Marmot: "Alright Agent Gilmore! We've got you surrounded! There's no way out! Surrender! Surrender, but don't give yourself away!"
Marmot Minion: *groan* " Is that the best you can do? You'll be doing Led Zeppelin lyrics next!"
Chief Marmot: "Hey, don't look at me! I don't write this stuff!"
Gilmore: "Never! Tell your boss no dice! By the by, do you guys have a corkscrew and a long-stem wineglass?"
Marmot Minion: *rummages* "Yes on the corkscrew Chief, but all we have in glassware are a few tumblers we got in that box of laundry soap."
Chief Marmot: "We have the corkscrew, but you'll have to drink the wine out of the bottle!"
Gilmore: "Phillistines! Forget it! I'm not coming out! You'll have to take me the hard way!"
Chief Marmot: "You heard him boys! Let's do this!"
Gilmore: "Great, now I've done it. Wait! There's a trap door opening up in the floor of the cabin! Someone's coming out!"
Unknown shadowed figure: "Quick! Come with me if you want to live!"
Gilmore: *looks at script* "Terminator lines now? I am SO gonna kick the writer's ass when this is over!"
Unknown shadowed figure: "Hey, I just do what the script says!"
Gilmore: "Well, the Austrian accent was a bit much......"
*Gilmore leaps into the trap door*
Announcer: "Will our hero escape? Who is the mysterious stranger in the trap door? Why were there so many pop-culture references in tonite's script?"
Vixen Queen: "And why didn't I get any lines in this episode??"
Announcer: "All these questions will be answered in the next chapter of "Gilmore vs. The Vixen Queen"!!!!
