New posting on LJ
So far, so little change. This may be because I use Firefox with a couple of LJ-specific addons, but I've had drop-down menus for icons on the comments I've made and this posting page looks pretty much like the one I used last week. (Why is it so long since I posted? Why am I so useless?)
I still have a whole host of JM photos to post - I shall try to get to those this evening. Also an account of the day, though not many people will retain much interest by now.
R is home - I trekked down to Sidcup to fetch her last week, as she won't be going back there till April and didn't want to leave important stuff behind her. It was a long day. She's going down to London tomorrow, in fact, as the boyfriend is doing a work placement teching a show in Town and she'll stay over in Sidcup, but probably not her flat. F comes home tomorrow.
There is so much left to do and I seem to be crippled by inertia this week. Not a single mince pie has been made yet, and a humungous food shop is scheduled for tomorrow.
Thank you friends who have sent me cards, physical and virtual, and COOKIES! (We don't really do home-baked biscuits for Christmas here, it's more mince pies and rich fruit cake. But I still appreciate them.)
