♥ Tom comes home tomorrow!
♥ I'm pretty much all ready for school. My mom and I went shopping today and I got a desk lamp, some dishes and cutlery, and a million little things (like a package of sandwich bags, rubber gloves, a bottle of advil etc). I feel like I'm moving into my own place - I practically have to bring just as much stuff.
♥ I had a great conversation with my parents over dinner about God's will for our lives, and how much easier it is to do something when you know for sure He's behind you.
♥ Today I went out for... brunch? A very late brunch with Diane, Rebecca and Kiam. Since we were eating in downtown Oakville, we thought we'd go for a stroll along the water before heading home. I found a perfectly triangular, somewhat large, flat rock - which I decided deserved to be decorated with permanent marker and made into a keepsake. I also got about 50% of Lake Ontario in my shoe trying to fish out a pretty red rock, but that's not the point.

♥ I found my hemp necklace-making kit! Who needs to study?
♥ There was this little boy that was being pushed by us in a stroller today who waved a little plastic sword in our direction and yelled "Shoo! I DON'T LOVE YOU!" at us a couple of times. If I was alone it may have been slightly scarring, but really I can just assume he was talking to Kiam or something. Whew.
♥ Did I mention that Tom comes home tomorrow?
♥ I'm so glad I've had the opportunity to spend time with, or even just talk to, so many of you this week! <3 Blessings to everyone as you start school this year!
