almost done work. Though not soon enough and I don't think i'll get off early enough to go to the state store and pick up a bottle of booze. I'm thankful though, the large banquets tommorow are getting easy stuff like brownies and blondies and choc. fountains. I never want to look at another marshmellow. I made about 90 qts which turns into 6-1/2 sheets of Marshmellow. It didn't all fit into the mixer at first, but then I made it work. Christmas is almost here and the New Year will be here soon, which means soon enough I can go back home. I can hardly wait :-).
