Movie Rec: "The Man I Love" is a nice little movie about a two poolboys falling in love. It's sweet, cute, and heartbreaking at times. One downside is that it's in French, but hey! subtitles! One huge upside is one of the boys is constantly in a speedo. And the other is quirky and hilarious and romantic and fucking cute and...you get the point. Rent, buy, watch the movie. You won't be disappointed. ;)

DO NOT RENT THE MOVIE: "In The Flesh", despite the appealing summary of a male cop falling in love with a male hustler, this movie was painfully bad. The two guys never even kissed. The sex was always offscreen (what's wrong with wanting to see a little ass? ;). And if that was being "in love", then I think I've already experienced it with a toaster. (bad acting, bad directing, bad script, bad bad bad)

The doctor gave me a regime of "exercises" to do with my left leg, so that I don't have to get a shot which would be administered behind my knee cap. Well, these exercises are ridiculous. Bend my leg one thousand times a day? Haven't I already been doing that? It's called walking and it hasn't worked thus far. I say bring on the drugs. I don't care how big the needle is, my fucking leg has been too painful for too long (5 months). Bring on the drugs!

I was watching one of VH1's countdown shows, cause it's either that or COPS. And my poor lil JC is on the countdown! "Some Girls" is number 41 on the Awesomely Bad Songs countdown.
