Vincent grabbed a few cups and a tin which was filled with herbs for a tea. He dristributed some into each cup then carefully took the kettle and poured both of them a cup of tea. The aroma relaxed him and took off the sharp mustiness of the theatre.

He handed a cup to Fran. "A pirate?" He pictured her on some sort of giant sea vessel. She must have traveled quite far in her time. "I have never worked with anyone before, but it seems that just one is never enough to make definite differences in this world."

"I hope to rebuild the team and perhaps start going after the nobility. Sort of, take back from those who have taken away so much from the people down here. The children here now are in need of even the most basic nesscities. I wish to make it my priority to help these people first. I have other reasons, I'm looking for information for my own self, but I think it would be useful to start having eyes and ears to start learning what is going on in this government." He took a sip of his tea and looked into his cup, thinking.

"Secrets have far more damaging effects than firepower at times."

"I've seen many places and many things," Fran responded. "More than most."

Fran reached out for one of the cups and smelled the contents. She listened to the man's story with interest. Taking from the rich and giving to the poor was something Fran believed in whole heartily.

"The situation about the children is sad," Fran said. "I've never seen a city like this. Children are valued where I come from. They are the future...not us."

Fran took a sip of the hot tea, then she sat it down on the table. "I will help you and if you take on nobility, I believe you will need it. I'm very good with my hands. I can help with repairs, and I'm excellent with weapons, even though you claim secrets are more valuable than weapons. I still think weapons can give you an advantage, Mr. Valentine."
