Who: Yuna + Tidus.
When: Evening, after Tidus finishes work undoubtedly.
Where: Their shared apartment.
What: The Big Talk. xD
Rating: Nothing overly high. Tidus might swear now and then, judging on what Yuna has to say. But we'll see. Hopefully some cuteness too.
With both elbows planted firmly onto the tops of her thighs and her cheeks squashed between her small hands, anyone that caught a glimpse of Yuna now would have thought Shiva herself had died in front of her. Sitting on the couch she had bought together with Tidus, Yuna was absently staring out of the sliding doors that lead out towards their large balcony. They'd been sharing this apartment for a few months now....and she hadn't heard nor seen anything of Seymour since avoiding him at the temple gathering. She couldn't say she was missing him....but his presence was...well, just it wasn't there. She had gotten used to having someone to run to when she needed to talk about something, or just needed some comfort, even if they hadn't gotten intimate.
Not that she didn't have someone now...but Tidus was a friend. Just a friend. Even if she wanted it to be different. Something more than just 'friendship'...but she wasn't sure Tidus was ready for that. Of course, they shared the odd caress when their hands just 'managed' to touch, or the glances over their dinner at the table, followed by giggles...but Tidus hadn't made any moves yet.
Maybe it was because he had asked her to tell him everything, and she hadn't yet.
Which was why she was sitting where she was now, her head held in her hands, staring out at the darkening sky with unresolved sadness.
She'd tell him when he got home. Yes, this was it. Even if she knew she'd loose this confidence as soon as he walked through the front door...Yuna would summon up her infamous courage and she'd tell him everything. What was there to hide, really?
