Summary: Things are underway for the Shiva festival. Last minute preparations and night-time sermons for the goddess Shiva.
The priests scurried about the main temple floor. Dressed in ornate cerimonial robes of blue and white they helped set up the various decorations around the Temple, giving it the look of an abstract kind of ice-cavern. Crystal ornaments hung from the ceiling and reflected the candle-light romanticly. Tiny rainbows of light covered the ancient stone walls.
A group of orphans in matching white coats sat around the Shiva statue as one of the priests told a story of the goddess. The smell of freshly baked bread filled the hallways and warmed the temple. At the top of the main stairwell to the right the Maester Seymour stood in his cerimonal robes, which were far more ornate- decorated with silver thread in elgant patterns about his robes, making him stand out amongst the priests that gathered about him to discuss plans for the unveiling cerimony.
A choir could be heard faintly from the main worship room. It was mostly the priestesses who were singing holiday tunes and also ancient songs from the days of the birth of the Gods. Townspeople who entered the temple were kindly ushered into this room where warm tea was being given and where they could enjoy the choir. Those that choose to wander about the temple were blocked from the Priests rooms by gaurdians who kept watch in all corners of the temple.
