Where: Outside of Seventh Heaven
When: Late Morning
Warnings: CONFUSION! LOOKALIKES! JERRY SPRINGER!
It's not that Shuyin was a disloyal or even lazy man, just that he didn't quite enjoy the finer parts of patrolling about a hungry neighborhood where everyone seemed to look at you with the eyes of some predatory beast. Something about their glares disnerved him, even if there was no physical threat behind them. It was impossible for them, with their emaciated forms, to be threatening to himself. However, even he couldn't help, but feel at least a pang of guilt at seeing them suffer so. Shuyin had things denied to him too. Like his dream of being a sports star. Impossible in this city, at least.
Leaning against the sides of one of the buildings in the slums, he looked up to notice a small sign, reading "Seventh Heaven," the sound of happy chatter coming from the inside. It seemed familiar to Shuyin, even if he had probably never been there before. Shrugging it off, however, he sunk down onto the ground, one leg bent and the other leg outstretched. He'd wait here, at least just for a little.
