I am so far LOVING that Bitafiskur !! ( actaully I'd love it even a bit saltier but it's ok ).
Mind you I am the person could rip strips and eat pure dried salted cod ..
I am going to try Hakarl tomorrow I think, I need to prepare a bit of stuff for it ;)
