It turns out I got my way. Hair is now 1/8" long and has that feeling you can only get from a freshly buzzed head. We went out for a drink, got an appetizer then went and watched a movie. It was a good night, even if the movie sucked. By movie, I mean HP:ATHBP. It was very boring, didn't get in depth into any one thing and from what I understand left out huge chunks of the book in even more unsettling ways than past films have.
I personally had a bit of a gripe with the utter difference between the actors that played Tom Riddle. The one from HP:ATCOS was, granted, an older Tom but looked nothing like this later portrayal of a younger tom. Meh.
At work again, easy day. So far all I've done is go to a meeting for about 3 minutes. Out at noon, can't argue with that. All for now, I guess.
