This was so like a cup of tea and a scone -- the perfect pick me up for the middle of the afternoon.

I like Miss Jordan Jones, and your Giles and Anya (or should I call them Lapsang and Strawberry?) were on as ever.

I do love that your shopkeeper both comforts herself with the knowledge that those were yesterday's scones, and isn't as impressed as Rupert is with Anya's 20 pound note. It's a perfect moment for all three of them.

this is delightful ... whimsical, magickal, and I love JJ's pov. You just do know what one needs on a gloomy friday afternoon as one tries to ease into a weekend.
