I'm reccing three recent Giles (slash) threesome stories today--these were all posted earlier this month, but I'm figuring there were people who hadn't seen them.
The Giles/Spike/Wesley story is
A Night Out, by
lostgirlslair, rated FRT. It's post-Chosen, and (while there's little mention of AtS events) post-NFA and/or slightly AU as well, with Giles, Spike, and Wesley all in England. The summary given by LG is "The boys proceed to the logical conclusion," and indeed, it does feel like this was inevitable for them; it makes me want to see this as a longer fic, with the before and the after included, filling in all the details that are hinted at beautifully in the story. (And it's a rare event that I'll even read Giles/Spike (or Giles/Spike/anybody), let alone love it, which tells you just how good this is.)
The first of the Giles/Wesley/Xander stories is
(Lean On Us and We'll) Keep Your Head Above the Water, by
soft_princess. It's post-"The Gift," and in an AU where Wesley's fumbling kiss with a student in S3 was with Xander, not Cordelia. (And yet another story where I'd love to see a prequel.) I'm reccing this story because it's scorching hot (though only rated FRM--there's sex in the story, but it's not porn), but mostly because I like the fact that the story starts with a Wesley/Xander pairing, which is relatively uncommon in G/W/X threesomes. The other thing that really makes this one stand out is that nothing is simple; sex doesn't solve everyone's problems, but it's the start of a relationship that you're left feeling might be good for everyone involved.
The second one is
The New Men (or, A Present from Ethan), by
katekat1010--it's rated FRM, and the author warns for "a kind of drug use." This is an AU version of "A New Man," and a heck of a lot more fun than Giles being turned into a Fyarl demon--for Giles, too, most likely. *g* Unlike the bittersweet story recced above, this is a fun romp, in which Ethan slips something into the boys' drinks, and mischief ensues. (Ethan is barely in the story, so don't read it for him--but do read it anyway!) I suppose a second theme (beyond "threesomes") this time is "fic Mir wants to see more of," because Kate ended this one at the good part. *g*
