Friends and Lovers by Rari Coss
Today's rec: Friends and Lovers by Rari Coss (Giles/Buffy, FRM). Rari shows us how the show might have played out if Buffy had killed Angelus when she'd had the chance. In this alternative universe version of season 4, Giles is still with Jenny and Buffy is dating Riley. Trouble is, neither Jenny nor Riley like playing second fiddle to the Watcher/Slayer relationship, and, really, who can blame them?
