The Great Moppet Caper by Blood Bytes
Was gonna go with the obvious holiday-appropriate fic, but instead I'm reccing the story I've been reading in between Halloween parades and trick-or-treating today. Giles and Buffy haven't seen much of one another since the demise of Sunnydale in this post-series mystery, but when Giles suspects one of the Scoobies might be a thief, he turns to the only person he knows he can trust implicitly. Will his Slayer learn to trust him again or has Giles kept Buffy at arm's length for too long? This is one of my all-time favorites, 'cause it is plotty and sexy and well written.
