wisdomeagle. I can see Giles giving the poor hapless boy at the beginning of this story one of his patented glares. Although Giles professes not to believe in soothsaying, concluding that it's all a fraud, he visits a fortune teller. He comes away still not believing, afterall, how could monks and a key have any bearing on his future career as curator of the British Museum?!
