i am so fucking scared to get my lumbar puncture tomorrow/technically today. that is my spine and a big fucking needle. i read about the procedure on a few medical sites (my only previous experience is 'house') and even though it doesn't sound too horrific i still got nauseous. they are sticking a needle into my spine. not okay.
