so, just got back from the health centre... they gave me some good drugs and the forms to fill out for a medical extension if i need it.
in better news, HOMG WE WON NATIONALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yes, mhc has triumphed at dressage nationals! it was very close; umass was second. how great! the two teams from our region placed first and second!
as an individual, i placed 5th. i am a little disappointed because i think my ride was better than that; both becky and i were very happy with it. the judge's comments on my test were mostly 'needs longer step'. i was riding LIBBY, people, she's a DRAFT cross! she has a tiny sewing-machine step! but she was so good that i can't be too concerned; plus the other person who drew her placed 11th, which makes me feel better.
i am pleased that most of the work for it is done... although i still need to mail stuff out. le sigh.
