I cant sleep. i have an exam at 2pm. ive read my stuff. i feel completely unprepared, this was the oddest class ever and i dont know what we are going to be tested on because we didnt really learn anything.
I cant sleep. im trying. ive been trying since 11pm. its too late to take a sleeping pill now otherwise ill be sleeping right til 2. and groggy during the exam.
as it is i have my alarm set an hour later than planned, im waking up at 9:40, so i can go to school with my notes and books and read, and pick up my take home exam from the history office for french revolution.
IM maybe going home for easter. we shall see when this take home exam is due. hopefully not til the end of exams, and then i get to go home for 5 days. all the stuff i read about insomnia says if you cant sleep dont force it, do something else for a bit til you get tired, or you'll associate your bed with not being able to fall asleep.
as soon as i sit in my chair to type this i get drowsy, and for a few minutes in bed, and then im wide awake.
