Before John Cale was in the Velvet Underground he put on several performance art pieces. Once such piece featured two men and a piano. One guy playing, one hidden inside of it. At one point, the man hidden inside the piano would jump out with an axe and destroy the piano stool. This would usually scare the audience pretty bad. "You could feel the oxygen leaving the room" was Cale's exact quote. Hahaha. John Cale owns.
