Beating Manic Monday
We were supposed to do dinner with Lindy. She had to bail as the little one was still unwell.
The 3 of us decided to go ahead with our evening plans anyway at 1 Rochester. I've not been there but I like the fact that it was away from the city amidst lush greenery and the weather these days is perfect for al fresco dining.
We had seafood pasta (yums) and charcoal grilled sea bream (double yumms!)
Then we adjourned to the lounge area for more drinks.
I am seated just 10s away from these girls but I hardly get the chance to mingle with them on a social basis; getting out of the office and chilling out is so much better. We did wish it wasn't the start of the week and that we needn't have to head into work for that morning meeting.
