No answers in the bottle, just a way to hide the questions and prtend they don't exist. Change things a bit; drastic changes burn bridges, and you might realize too late that you need some of those. Alternately, do something that you've never done before because you've been too inhibited; works for me anyway. Good luck *hugs*

I suggest taking up some time-consuming eccentric hobby like basketweaving. (I'm knitting, myself.) True, such distractions are only temporary, but doing something definite and not particularly existentially-confusing for a while can give a different perspective.
