Worst day of my life? This is going to be one long complaint. You've been warned.
This is the first year we've had semesters; it'd always been trimesters, which are awesome because exams are taken in November and there's so little material on them. Finals start tomorrow, with my two hardest classes -- WHAP and Honors Geo. Have I studied? No.
In first period, my back started to itch really badly. I have a whole bunch of mosquito bites around my back in a convenient spot that I can't scratch. Yet I can't resist scratching them, so I look like I'm either a) scratching my butt or b) having a spaz attack.
In third period, I found out that my Spanish teacher gave me a 90% in oral proficiency. SPANISH IS MY FIRST LANGUAGE, DAMNIT! She learned Spanish at college and is from Michigan. She can't speak Spanish to save her life so what qualifies her to have this job? She told me that I speak very grammatically poor Spanish (right...) and that I don't sound like a native speaker. My ass I don't!
In sixth period chem, the teacher decided that the final he's giving us will be from another book. This book has completely different material than the one we're supposed to be using, so there goes my 99% in the class.
A person working under me in Yearbook quit today because "it's too much stress." Stress? Ha. She ruined EVERY SINGLE PAGE of my section. Every time a digital picture is put into a page on Pagemaker, the computer is supposed to create a folder. This girl made her own folders that were incorrectly named and I was stupid and didn't supervise what she was doing. So today, the editor told me that none of the pages were linked when they were sent to Walsworth and I spent 45 minutes attempting to gather pictures from various sources (she loaded pictures on 5 computers in like, 20 different folders) and didn't get to replace the pictures or anything. Tomorrow is the deadline. I'm dead.
High point of the day could be Drew. My school is separated into a few different buildings and I can say there was some definite hookupage walking from class to class.
