Seeing as how a whole bunch of people were talking about FitDay, I got into it, too.
Ad I horribly overate today. It's the firs ttime in almost 2 months - but I feel so guilty.
I ate almost 3500 calories today. X.x
The one thing I don't get is that it's reading my half hour powerwalk at 142 calories burned., total, even though this is the chart:

Which would put me at... *pulls out calculator*
316lb* .033 cal ... *26 minutes.... 270 calories burned?
... Eh.. I guess I won't quibble over like.. 130 burned calories.
