Aww, yesterday was so much fun. But before I get into that, me and Chelsea were called by Barbara to tell us that tickets to Florida were so cheap on Jetblue, so we checked it out, and instead bought tickets to California in like, 2 weeks. I called up Liz, and she sounded more enthusied than I had imagined so I think we're going to meet up with her. Then a month and a half later we tour South America. I might ditch them and head to Antarctica when we get near the coast.. who knows.
Ok, yesterday. The country music concert was so much fun! Me and Erica went out for barbeque before hand, just to get into the spirits had alittle hush puppies and biscuits and gravy, just like momma used to make back home. Then we headed across the street where Dierks Bentley, Cross Canadian Ragweed, and Pat Green were playing at the Nokia Theatre. We didn't stay for Pat Green because I cross-checked the girl next to me for hitting us the whole time and whipping her hair in my face. These people annoyed the shit out of us. Apparently, after all their screaming, they were obviously athletes (the boys at least) from UMASS and kept screaming to all their friends they found. And when Dierks was playing and talking about growing up in the country, or what he went thruogh trying to make it big in Nashville with alittle tip jar in front (this is actually what they do..) they were screaming for him to shut the hell up and they didn't care, bring out Pat Green, etc. I was like, you couldn't find anything better to do on a Monday night? So Erica is standing next to them, calmest person you'll ever meet, never mad at anyone, almost hit the girls. So I switched spots with her and did it myself. It was such a pissed off reaction and I didnt' mean to hit her so hard, but gimme a break. Everywhere I move you're going to move in front of me and whip me with your dried out frizzy hair that you probably spent an hour straightening? Hell no.
So afterwards we headed over to the Marquis for a drink. Actually.. we were hoping we'd run into everyone playing at the awards tonight, but we did not. Funny too, Kenny would have married me on the spot. Hell, it only took Renne Zelwiger 4 months right?
My car is still in the shop and they should have called already! BS. I hope my car's not dying.
