chill day
so i came down to boston for a couple days before the busy part of the summer starts. it's been completely chill and i'm lovin it. Got into boston last night and hung out in Allston, drank some beers and watched mtv for most of the night...finally crashed at like 3am. Woke up today and went to somerville and hung out in davis square and stuff. Ummmm yeah...alright -sorry - watching QAF and trying to do this at the same time, and I'm finding myself interested more in QAF than writing in this thing. So anyway yeah - trip to boston.
First of all - it all started last night - left home at like 4:30pm and headed for concord. My bus wasn't leaving 'til 7pm, but I decided to leave early and stop at Steeplegate to see my skinny Sarah. Around exit 29 it started to get a a lil' windy - i looked up and I could see a storm up ahead. Well let's just say a few minutes later I wuz stuck in it...hail, wind, rain, LOTS of rain. It was SO scary. There were trucks off the road ane everthing. ANYway - so that lasted 'til like exit 24. I guess there were a few fires in plymouth from the lightning striking made the news and everything. So anyway - yeah....finally made it to Concord to see Sarah - she gave me candy that I LOVE and ate all of them and made me SICK dammit - she said sorry tho, so it wuz all good! Made it to the bus station-and off to boston it wuz.
When I got into boston, I took the T from south station to allston - this time wasn't so bad - i actually KNEW where i wuz going. Aside from almost getting taken out by a drunk on a bike on my way there, I made it!
I got in and got to Deneen and Fili's and hung out for a lil',then walked to get some beer and some food. I got a chicken parm sub and tried my very first empenada (sp?) I had a chicken one - wasn't that great. ANYway - so Deneen and I were on our way back to the apt and this kid rides his bmx like bike up towards us and asks if we have any cigarettes...we say no to him and he's all like 'c'mooooooon i jus got beat up by marty's liquor' like SCREAMIN it so we just keep walkin and we're tryin not to laff..so he rides up near us again and looks at us and he's like "enjoy yer bud select - fuckin ENJOY yer FUCKING bud select" at this point i'm laffin and walkin away LoL So yeah - that wuz that - and then we drank some beers with fili and alexa and then watched TV and crashwed around like 3am...slept 'til 11am and then we headed off to Diesel in Davis Sq...it was totally chill. I went there when i wuz here for pride a few weeks ago - but today i actually got to jus chill in the chairs and drank some chai and had a banana and read my books and wrote in my journal. it wuz totally chill and a lot of fun.. after that we walked around davis sq for a bit and decided to head back to the apt. When we got back D made some dinner - it wuz yuuuuuuummy...kielbasa, corn, and alfredo! Then I got to partake in some fried bananas *YUMMY* while watching Coach Carter - fuckin wonderful movie! THen it was the new season of real world thus far, pimp my ride, a lil' of all the MTV reality shows and now...QAF season 5 (although I have yet to see the rest of season 3 and any of season 4) HA...so yeah...
This has been a completely chill day - and muchly needed. My heart is still hurting, but my friends are right there for me. My days are going by...still empty...still slowly. But it's days like this that let me see that if I keep busy and surround myself by good ppl, that i can try to be okay and it makes it a LOT easier to be patient and wait for her to come back in my life.
