On Being Front-Of-The-House Part II

My attitude towards Front-of-the-house has changed 360 degrees.

I find that I actually like being front-of-the-house. I discovered this at the end of my first table service class.

I am now torn between picking a career Table Service Management or Kitchen.

I used to be distressed about talking to customers but I found out that you don't even have to talk to them that much. All you need to do is give them good service.

I've been getting massive tips every day...

... and yesterday, our table was another AMEX Black Centurion Card holder. That was my 2nd table with an Amex Holder. My first table was in Caterina.



I hope I keep getting high rollers. They sure are demanding though. I slept for 12 hours straight because of them...well, after being fed an unappetizing family meal, serving them and cooking food for our event at the International Students' Club.
