Wheee!!! Chicago!
I'm finally here in Chicago! I was here since Sunday but I've only been able to find FREE internet access today (thanks to my uncle's neighbor who has a really strong wirless signal). haha. It's been great and I'm loving Chicago more and more. My apartment which my cousin found for me is AWESOME. I'm really psyched to have my own apartment...it's my first apartment too. Lots of expenses though so I feel pretty guilty about that charging it all to my dad but I'm gonna have a small salary so that can supplement my vices (clothes).
I've just been buying stuff for my apartment. I didn't have to buy furniture cause I found out that you can actually rent furniture for $200 a month. I got a bed, coffee table, lamps, sofa for that price. I don't even have to worry about disposing of it when I leave.
It's not as near to my place of work as expected but it's great cause it's in the middle of teh city and in a safe neighborhood. No more outhouse bars like Hobs. Get ready for major clubbing, drinking...yeeehaaa!!!
I got a great pair of Converse sneakers from Urban Outfitters. $10 Converse sneakers....aweeeesssoommmmeeee. I was planning toget the Vans too but I'm gonna stagger that one and prob get it next month or something.
Anyway, I'm pretty psyched cause my cousin who's the chef also moved to CHicago so I have a mentor closeby. He's the executive chef of the family and I'm the sous chef of the family. HAHAAHAHA!!! He also has his dog here Munsun who I've been playing with since I got here. I'm not used to English Bulldogs cause it's so slow but a dog is a dog. I love hugging him cause he's so fat and sluggish.

On a side note, I wanna see Zach Braff on The Last Kiss. He's so hot! Woohooo!!!
