Every time I come home, I feel like a freak in my own country.
I don't fit in the "DALAGANG PILIPINA" mold and I'm okay with it, but people always try to make me feel like a freak for not being "mahinhin", "Tahimik", and other related adjectives.
This postcard only applies to this country, but not outside.
I know for a fact that guys accept me for who I am and don't think anything is wrong with me everywhere else in the world.
It's only in this country where I won't be the type of girl that they will marry. And it's awesome.
