I needed to make this blog post a looooong time ago.

So yeah. I'm lazy.  I know.

Did I list what I got for Christmas? If not, oh well. I guess it's too late for that. The only thing I'll mention is that my family got season passes to Six Flags Magic Mountain, and so far this year we've gone twice.  Anyway, 2010 is off to a pretty fresh start. Let's list of some of the things I'm looking forward to this year!

-Going to Disneyland as well as Six Flags many times this year! Y'know, before August of last year, I'd always kinda wanted to go to Six Flags to know what it's like AND so I could be able to compare it to Disneyland. And now that I've been there, I think I can safely say that I like Disneyland a lot better. I can't wait to go back. I heard that in February, the viewing area for World of Color will open! That's going to be cool. Also, Disneyland will celebrate it's 55th anniversary this year, and the merchandise is already rolling out. Maybe look at prices for jackets the next time I go out there.

-Rapunzel. Now, I know that this movie's gonna cause some controversy simply because it will be animated in (GASP!) CGI, and to be honest I'm still on the fence about the animation, too. Granted, it LOOKS good, and apparently the animation will be done to look like oil paintings come to life (an idea that I find very hard to dislike), but I really want to see more hand-drawn animation from Disney. I just do! *pout* And plus, what about the Disney Princess line? Is Disney going to break tradition by adding a CGI animated Princess to its line? More on this later. It's sure gonna be interesting!

-Toy Story 3. Nuff said. I've never been so excited for a sequel before. Ever.♥♥♥♥♥♥

-Alice in Wonderland. ♥♥♥♥

-Towards the end of this year I will FINALLY start learning how to drive. To tell you the truth, I'm actually kind of scared! I'm still excited, though.

-I really want to expand the friendships in my life this year. I want to get to know the friends I already have even better than before, and I really hope I can learn to be a better friend. I'm definitely going to try hard this year!

-I think I'm most looking forward to turning 15, becoming more mature, and growing as a person this year. Something inside's telling me that some big things are going to happen, and I'm ready to face them head on!

Anyway, here are some recent things...

-My church's youth group wants to redecorate our room! As in, we're going to repaint, get new carpet, get new furniture (and possibly new lights but I'm not sure yet), and maybe add in some other stuff. The room right now is actually very pretty and kind of fancy, but I don't really think it reflects the personality of the Youth Group very well. It already looks nice, but it would be pretty awesome if it were more modern looking. I don't think we'll start working on it for a while. I think that work will start towards the summer, when we're all off from school. That's fine with me, and I'm ready to help however I can!

-The youth group's going to be visiting Big Bear again this year! We're supposed to be going back on February 6th. We're going to go to this place where you pay $25, get yourself an inner tube, go up the mountain, and slide down. It's so much fun! I can't wait. Also, we're going ice skating on Friday! I haven't gone ice skating since August. Wow. I wonder if I'll still be able to do all of the little tricks I learned in ice skating class.

-It was raining cats and dogs this morning, but the sun came out about an hour and a half ago. I wish it would start up again....

-I need a new skin. Again. And this time, I'll be keeping the one I get for a long time before switching, unless something goes wrong again. Sigh. I actually think I'll do that, now. Bye, darlings!

Love,

Gigi
