1: What did you do in 2012 that you’d never done before?
Went on my first business trip! Bid on a house. Got engaged and started planning a wedding/social.
2: Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
2012:
Resolutions for 2012:
1) Buy a house. (Nope.)
2) Make plans with Gosia. (Texted and ran into each other, but didn't get a chance to hang due to clashing schedules!)
4) Have Ryan & Gina over for dinner. (Done.)
5) Travel to Las Vegas. (Done.)
6) Read one book per month minimum. (Done.)
7) Go snowboarding in Assessippi. (Nope, not with an impending wedding.)
8) Buy a mixer--I want to try my hand at baking! (Done.)
9) Keep up winnipegfitnessexplorer.wordpress.com (Fail.)
10) Volunteer. (Did a few hours through work, but wished I had done more. D.)
2013:
1) Sort out finances
2) Buy a house
3) Exercise 1-4 hours per week
4) Get married
5) Read 13 books
3: Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes, my cousins Mandy & Jenn both had babies this year - within weeks of one another.
4: Did anyone close to you die?
No, thankfully.
5: What countries did you visit?
US twice and checked out Yukon, which is still in Canada but I've never been.
6: What would you like to have in 2013 that you lacked in 2012
A house.
7: What dates from 2012 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
September 2nd when Charlie proposed.
8: What was your biggest achievement of the year?
My success at work. I love it and they seem to love me. Cheers to getting that area sorted out!
9: What was your biggest failure?
House shopping.
10: Did you suffer illness or injury?
One bad case of the flu during Tourism Week when I nearly killed myself with weeks of non-stop work stress.
11: What was the best thing you bought?
My 30th birthday gift to myself--Marc Jacobs purse.
12: Whose behaviour merited celebration?
Jordan and Charlie for stepping up in asking the Leschasin girls to marry them! Also Nick, for stepping up and asking Leslie to marry him after nearly 10 years of being together.
13: Whose behaviour made you appalled?
A certain someone defriended me after I announced my engagement on facebook with no explanation. I don't want to get sucked in to the negativity. I'm basically feeling a big ol' "WTF?" about her move.
14: Where did most of your money go?
Essentials, car, travelling, clothing, wedding shizz, gifts and my current addiction to beauty products.
15: What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Ummm, I literally felt like I was floaty high on drugs for three days after getting proposed to by Charlie. Happy dance!

Exercising.

A permanent job; a fiance.

House. But I'm not dying or anything without one.

Getting engaged.
