A/N: Not betad so forgive my mistakes. Just a small thing that has been floating around in my head... ect. And yes, it was inspired by the Selena Gomez song.
I've seen you before. Who hasn't? You're hard to miss and you're even harder to forget. We've barely spoken but I've always cherished the few moments that we've shared. And despite it all, for some reason, I decide that now is the time to make my move. I watched you walk into the hotel, gliding effortlessly as you always do. You've always had a natural grace, a charm. Perhaps that's part of what makes you famous. Suddenly, I propel forward towards you now that I'm sure your family isn't here as well. I know it's not right and I'll probably be shot down. There's rumours about you but they could be just that, rumours. But, as I always do, I decide to take a chance. I guess that's that what makes me famous.
"Myv..." I murmured, reaching out to take your wrist which, in hindsight, I can see now was a mistake.
You flinch your arm away, your head snapping to the side to see who it was to touch you which we can both understand. You never know when a crazed fan could make their way past security. "Oh, hey Takeru." You smiled once you realized it was me and you raised your sunglasses to the top of your head, nestling perfectly in your silken blonde and black hair. "It's been awhile..." I wondered for the briefest moment how you kept your hair so lush until our eyes connected and my knees went weak. My legs shook in an effort to hold myself up and not embarrass myself by falling for no apparent reason right in front of you and, to my delight, it worked.
I had to remember to breathe as air seemed to escape me along with my strength and I let out a gush of air, my face transforming into a wide, dopey smile. "Yeah... Yeah..." I murmured, blushing slightly and shoving my hands in the tight pockets of my jeans. This was mostly the reason why we barely spoke, because I turned into a gushing vegetable everytime I saw you. "I heard you might be coming back for awhile, I wasn't sure if it was true or not..."
"Yeah!" You laughed brightly, rotating your shoulders a little and I heard a small crack from your back. "I thought it would be nice to get away for a bit. Get back into the routine of work."
"Away from your family?" I blurted, closing my eyes and trying to breathe as I resisted the urge to facepalm. I wanted to get closer to you, not push you away and alienate you with weird, and a little rude, questions about your family.
But you laughed, seemingly unaffected by what I said as you usually did. You always took everything in stride. When I thought about it, I couldn't even remember a time I had seen or even heard about you being in a bad mood. But I knew you weren't superhuman, everyone has feelings. You were just a master at hiding yours. "Yeah. I love my wife and kids, but everyone needs a break. Who knew work could actually be a vacation?" You smiled brightly, reaching out to lightly punch my shoulder in a brotherly gesture. "You'll find out soon enough. It was nice seeing you." You waved and turned, bringing your sunglasses back down and before I could think, you disappeared into the elevator.
That was the longest conversation we had ever had and my skin was on fire. As soon as you were out of sight, my lungs filled with air and I slowly sank down to sit on the hotel lobby floor. My whole body was shaking and I was the happiest I think I had ever been. There was something in me that was convinced by those few minutes of talking that I was meant to get to know you. That my feelings weren't just a crush, that something was there. You just didn't know it yet...
Are you wondering how I found you later that day? The meeting that led to that night which led to a lifetime of electrifying rendezvous in various hotels around the world?
When I got control of myself, I stood off the floor and walked to the front desk of the hotel. Now, I like to think I walked just as gracefully as you did. Ever since that day, you've been a constant inspiration for me and I like to think I have become as graceful and charming as you, but maybe that's only just my ego talking. When the receptionist got off the phone, she blushed and addressed me meekly, wondering what I would like as she recognized me of someone of important.
I smiled cordially back to her and softly asked what room Ishihara Takamasa was in. Knowing I wasn't some weird fan, she gave your number to me without difficulty and I left her, the cogs of my mind already turning to plan how our first encounter should begin.
A/N: Sorry! It's not Teenage Dream but at least it's something. I just can't seem to get the final scene of the first chapter right. I haven't written for months so please be patient guys. This was just something that wouldn't get out of my head. It's just a blurb, I most likely won't expand on it and yes, I know the pairing is a tad strange lol Don't forget to comment~ Love ya guys~
