i don't know why it's so sudden, but i just want to write about it ♪ o(^^o) (o^^o) (o^^)o ♪
memoirs of geisha~ the author is arthur golden and the story had turn into a movie on 2005. i adore this movie so much. ever since the movie was out, i always want to watch it. demo, zannen. only this year i can watch it properly. yokatta ne^^
my first impression of geisha is, they are a prostitute.
but then i found a video on Youtube. it's an interview with Iwasaki Mineko, the person behind the Memoirs of Geisha. what a shock!(゜Д゜) geisha is NOT prostitute. geisha means 'artist'. after watching the video, i think arthur is so wrong! how could he do such thing to her.

the book had given a bad impression of people towards the geisha. and now i wish i can read Iwasaki Mineko-san no hon~ Geisha, A Life to Geisha of Gion. written by herself..in her own way. ganbare!
