Hey People
Wow, it has been so long since ive posted on LJ. man oh man, a lot has happened this summer and a lot has changed. For starters i realized that by continuing to be with people i genuinely disliked...i was just wasting time and lying to myself. I have always said that when you leave high school you wont see or keep in contact with 90% of the people you went to school with again, so dont dwell on the retarded shit that is produced within the walls of places like Glenforest. I for one am glad that i have gained a handful of amazing friends who i can see myself keeping in touch with, instead of coming out of highschool with a bunch of people i can't stand and can't wait to get away from. I know it might sound harsh. But, if bullshitting and dancing around the issue of you not wanting to be near specific people or dealing with certain issues is your approach to solving problems, it'll hurt you in the end.
The thought of starting uni in about three weeks is sooooo exciting. I love the atmosphere at uni. People seem much more driven then they do in highschool...understandably so. I love my courses and I think that by going to school downtown ill be surrounded with different eccentric people that will differ greatly in comparison to those who i went to school with in 'sauga. It's good to experience different environments and t.o. is a lovely city with so much culture. AND DID I MENTION!!! Hart House's Record Room..is..soo...amazing *drools. ROWS UPON ROWS OF VYNIL RECORDS FROM ALL DIFFERENT ERAS AND DIFFERENT GENRES OF MUSIC!!!!and you can book the room for urself and just sit there and listen to all this different music...for...FREE!!. MY MARYCOTT AND AMEINA BETTER JOIN ME AT U OF T! NEXT YEAR OR ILL ILL ILL...*ponders*...cry =(
Anyshmoo i will you all the best of luck for the upcoming year. Go out and live life to the fullest. Pursue every opportunity and dont hold back. The last thing any of us wants are regrets. =D
