So much excitement.......
Everything has been going crazy with me lately. I am so excited, I got the mail last night and I got a letter from MCP. So I called Ben so I could be talking to him while I opened it. It was my ACCEPTANCE LETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I will be headed to Manchester next fall!!!! I am so excited. But I have to come up with a $750 deposit by December 7. That kind of sucks, but I was hoping that maybe that could be my Christmas and birthday presents from everyone in the family.......early money to pay for my deposit.
Aside from that excitement, school has been sucky. And it is all because of Organic Chemistry. I'll make it through, but I hate it. And it is rolling around to the end of the semester, which I know is going to be stressful because I will have to do a million final reports for lab. At least I have the relief of knowing I got into school though.
Work has been crazy. Bob is getting more lazy and it is way too stressful. Christine talked to Bill Manette, the assistant store manager and crazy man, on Friday about the whole situation. So I guess we are all going to have a meeting sometime around January with Bob. Lindz and I will definately need to say a few words. We are the ones that get the worst end of his laziness. I know he does it to us because we are certified and the other techs aren't, so he goes less lazy on them. But they do see it. I mean it is sad when you don't want to even go in to work when he is working. If I have to work longer than like 4 hours with him, then I am exhausted from filling the scripts, counting them, bagging them, filing them in the bins, and waiting on customers. And then after that, putting all the drugs back on the shelf. All he does is check the prescriptions. So yeah. It will be nice to have that happen. Not that we want to badmouth him to his face or anything, but it would be nice if we could just say to him that we need more out of him. Like he can stop checking his emails when there are 10 people at the registers and help me and then he can go back to it after.
Friday night I went shopping at Kohl's with Christine. We were there until after 11. They had a big sale. I got some Christmas stuff for Amber and some stuff for mom for the kitchen. I got her a new tablecloth and matching towels. I also got a nice candle and candle holder for the table. She likes them.
Now I have to go do some fun Organic Chemistry lab homework......
Yes, I got Ben addicted to 24 and I am proud of it!
